Does it work with my practice management software?
Not yet. Vora books into Google Calendar and Cal.com and works with your existing phone number via call forwarding. Direct integrations with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and other PMS platforms are on the roadmap. If your practice runs entirely inside a PMS today, tell us which one — that input drives our roadmap.
Is patient data secure and HIPAA compliant?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it or train on it. Vora does not yet offer HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. If your intended use involves protected health information, contact us before signing up so we can tell you honestly whether Vora fits your compliance requirements today.
Can patients text us back?
Yes. Vora supports two-way texting. When a patient receives a reminder, they can reply to confirm, reschedule, or ask a question. AI handles routine responses automatically and routes complex questions to your front desk.
What if a patient prefers phone calls over texts?
Vora tracks patient communication preferences. If a patient prefers phone calls, the system can make automated voice calls with your custom message. You can set preferences individually or let patients choose their preferred channel.
How quickly will we see results?
Reminders and review requests start going out in your first week, and you can watch confirmations, reschedules, and new reviews in your dashboard from day one. We don't publish outcome numbers yet — we're a new product onboarding founding practices — so we'd rather show you your own numbers than quote someone else's.
Can we customize the reminder messages?
Yes. You have full control over message content, timing, and branding. Use our pre-built templates or write your own. AI can also personalize messages with patient names, appointment types, provider names, and custom details.
