Built for electrical contractors
A dead panel calls
whoever answers first.
Vora answers your phones 24/7, books the job onto your calendar, and follows up on every estimate until it books or says no.

Your phones are costing you jobs
Every unanswered call is a homeowner dialing your competitor next. Here is what keeps happening, and what Vora runs instead.
What breaks
What Vora runs
Missed emergency calls
A homeowner with a dead circuit or a breaker that keeps tripping is calling every electrician in the search results, and whoever answers first gets the job.
An AI receptionist that answers every call
Picks up 24/7, sounds natural, tells no power from a new-outlet request, books straight onto your calendar, and texts the homeowner a confirmation. True emergencies transfer to your on-call tech; every call is logged with a transcript in your CRM.
Scheduling chaos
A whiteboard, sticky notes, and three calendars. Techs sent to the wrong address, customers who never got a reminder, emergency calls that wreck the day’s schedule.
Scheduling and reminders that run themselves
A dispatch calendar that stays current, automated text and email reminders before every appointment, one-tap rescheduling by SMS, and automatic re-engagement when someone no-shows.
Estimates that die quietly
You quote a panel upgrade or an EV charger install. The homeowner says “let me think about it,” two weeks pass, nobody follows up, and they hire the contractor who did.
Follow-up that never forgets
Every estimate gets a sequence: a nudge two days after it’s sent, then timed touches until the homeowner books or says no. You’re alerted the moment a lead re-engages, with financing options ready when price is the objection.
Reviews left unmanaged
A 1-star review sits at the top of your Google profile for weeks before you see it, quietly turning homeowners away while you’re in a panel on a job.
Review requests and responses on autopilot
Asks for a review after every completed job, watches Google, Yelp, and Facebook, drafts professional responses you approve with one tap, and flags negative reviews so you can step in fast.
The math is simple
An illustrative example of what missed calls and unfollowed estimates can cost. Your numbers will vary.
Without Vora, in this example
- Missed calls per week
- 5
- Average revenue per service call
- $300
- Estimates lost to no follow-up, per month
- 3
- Average panel upgrade or EV charger job value
- $3,800
Revenue at risk per month
$6,000 from missed calls + $11,400 from lost estimates
$17,400+
With Vora
- Monthly plan
- $79-$349/mo
- Setup and onboarding
- Free
- Training required
- None
One recovered job can cover it
In this example, a single recovered service call pays for a month of Vora. This is an illustration, not a measured customer result.
Live in 15 minutes, not 15 weeks
No IT department, no complicated setup. Self-serve takes 15-30 minutes; founding customers get a hands-on installation instead.
1
Tell us about your business
Services you offer, service area, hours, pricing, and how you want calls handled. Takes about five minutes.
2
We configure your AI team
Agents trained on electrical terminology, your specific services, your pricing, and your brand voice. It knows a panel swap from a breaker reset and an AFCI trip from an overloaded circuit.
3
Go live
Forward your phone number, connect your calendar, and from that moment every call is answered and every estimate is followed up.
Your AI speaks electrical
Not a generic chatbot. Vora is trained on industry terminology, common service scenarios, and the way homeowners actually describe their problems.

Emergency triage
A sparking outlet or a burning smell is an emergency. A new ceiling fan is not. The AI knows the difference and prioritizes dispatch accordingly.
Panel and service upgrades
Big-ticket panel swaps and service upgrades won slowly. Follow-up keeps the estimate alive until the homeowner decides.
EV charger installs
Charger type, panel capacity, and garage layout gathered before you ever roll a truck.
Financing conversations
When a panel upgrade or rewiring quote stalls, the AI can present financing options and monthly payment breakdowns.
Inspection reminders
Annual electrical inspections and surge-protection checkups scheduled with your existing customers before they lapse.
Technician performance
Callbacks, customer satisfaction, and revenue per tech, delivered in a weekly report.

Apply for a Founding SlotCommon questions from electrical contractors
Will the AI sound robotic to my customers?
No. Vora’s voice AI uses natural language processing trained specifically on electrical service conversations. Homeowners often can’t tell they’re talking to AI. It handles accents, interruptions, and technical terminology naturally.
What happens with emergency calls after hours?
You set the rules. The AI can transfer true emergencies (sparking outlet, burning smell, full power loss) directly to your on-call tech’s cell phone while handling routine scheduling requests on its own.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You simply set up call forwarding from your existing business number to your Vora AI line. Your customers call the same number they always have.
How does it integrate with my existing scheduling software?
Vora books directly into Google Calendar and Cal.com, and works with your existing phone number via call forwarding. We don’t yet integrate directly with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro. If you run your business on one of those, Vora may not be the right fit today. If you’re using a spreadsheet or whiteboard, we’ll set you up with a modern calendar at no extra cost.
What if I already have a receptionist?
Vora works alongside your team, not against them. It handles overflow calls, after-hours calls, and weekend calls. Your receptionist focuses on high-value customer interactions while AI handles the volume.
How long does setup take?
Self-serve setup takes about 15-30 minutes: you answer questions about your services, service area, and preferences, and we handle the rest. Founding customers get a hands-on installation with our team instead. No IT required either way.
